Our wine cellar is one of the defining elements of the Perla Blu experience. Sardinian wines — authentic expressions of a rich and characterful terroir — form the heart of our selection: from the powerful Cannonau and Monica reds to the aromatic Vermentino di Gallura, through to the crisp and mineral whites that pair perfectly with the finest Mediterranean seafood.
Alongside our Sardinian labels, our wine list features a carefully curated selection of Italian regional and national wines to suit every palate and every pairing. Our staff are always on hand to guide your choice: a soft white for a seafood crudo, a structured red to complement meat, or something sparkling to mark a special occasion — you will always find the right bottle.

Executive Chef of Ristorante Perla Blu since 2024, Gianfranco Semenzato brings over forty years of experience in hospitality, gained across international fine dining, pastry and the pursuit of the finest ingredients.
His cuisine stems from deep technical knowledge: from selecting the catch to the study of the sea's finest, such as oysters, through to the preparation of meats. A journey that combines expertise, precision and proven experience, with an entrepreneurial vision of hospitality too.

Inizio con le lodi alla splendida Giovanna per la sua accoglienza, ospitalità, gentilezza, disponibilità, simpatia ed empatia... Veramente grazie. Il personale non poteva che essere dello stesso livello. Bella atmosfera.
La posizione panoramica sul porto meriterebbe da sola la visita, ma questo bel ristorante offre ben altro in termini gastronomici. Le proposte del giorno erano a base di tonno rosso e la tartare era veramente ottima.
Ristorante assolutamente da provare se visitate La Maddalena. Il personale è gentilissimo e cerca in tutti i modi di farti stare bene. Siamo andati in questo ristorante per festeggiare un anniversario di matrimonio ed è stato tutto perfetto. La location è davvero bella, con splendida vista sul porto turistico.
Dal terrazzo sembra una cartolina! Ottimo servizio, piatti particolari da gustare. La Maddalena non è un’isola, è un paradiso!
La posizione è perfetta, con vista rilassante; il cibo è ottimo, materie prime fresche, menù molto vario, tipico e internazionale, il piatto presentato sempre benissimo, carta dei vini completa e ben curata. Unico nell’isola, come unica è Giovanna la titolare... una vera professionista, instancabile.

Ho preso accordi una settimana in anticipo per prenotare un tavolo appartato vista porto, con la gentilissima Giovanna, che si è dimostrata estremamente disponibile, rispettando al 100% le mie aspettative e richieste. Abbiamo festeggiato una cena di compleanno il cui servizio è stato impeccabile.
Peccato averlo scoperto così tardi: di tutti i ristoranti che abbiamo visitato è senza dubbio il migliore, tant’è che abbiamo cenato lì per due sere di fila (volevo un posto perfetto per festeggiare il nostro anniversario, e così è stato). Il posto è spettacolare, elegante, pulito, con una terrazza che affaccia sul porto molto romantica.
Ottimo ristorante in terrazza che guarda sul porto. Servizio rapido e portate di qualità, con idee interessanti e ottimi impiattamenti. Buona proposta con menù vegano. Assolutamente consigliato.

By ferry
The regular ferry from Palau reaches La Maddalena in about 20 minutes. From Cala Gavetta harbour to the restaurant is a one-minute walk — Piazza Barone des Geneys is in the heart of the old town centre.
By boat
The Cala Gavetta marina is right below the restaurant's terrace: you can moor at the quay and be at your table after just a one-minute walk. Ideal for those arriving by sea.
By car
Free parking is available both at the harbour and along the road to the restaurant; you'll find more nearby on the seafront and at Piazza Umberto I. La Maddalena's centre is best explored on foot.
